Of all of the pictures to NOT have a description... This one needs it most. I desperately want to know the backstory. It's certainly my favourite so far.

I KNEW I shouldn't have explained so much about the first few illustrations. These are all much more fun when you draw your own conclusion. The calendars were always happily text free, no explanations or artist's statements or anything.

Well obviously it has something to do with Easter...bunnies, carrying a large egg, made for the month of April? Obvious. haha

It definitely has the most narrative going on, then all the months he has posted yet.

So in my opinion this is the most revered of all Easter eggs. and as part of a ceremony in the realm of Easter, it is being taken from one sanctuary to another to be part of different village celebrations. Every 100 years it makes it way back to its original temple.

I love that this doesn't have an explanation because the picture is so random.

Obviously this is just ordinary day at Easter Island . . . Moai obviously lay eggs.

Yes, I love this picture. So funny and matter-of-fact.

Again, I love these things so much.

Your art draws a lot on western (new world) geology and old world costume, which makes you think it probably happened on another planet altogether. Or maybe Tunisia...which is also exciting.
