Yellowbelly and Plum in the Snow 2

I'm trying to get Yellowbelly and Plum to make the jump from picture books to early reader books--that's why the language here is so simple. Let me know what you think.

By the way--today's the final day to send in pics of your CALAMITY JACKs!

How sublime are those snow angels? Or should the descriptive noun be snow sea turtles with club-feet?

I think the early reader text works well.
And I love the snowangels/snowflake.

I would totally buy a Yellowbelly and Plum early reader series for my kids.

I have sledded down a slide before. And it was awesome.

We just discovered "Yellowbelly and Plum Go to School" and were hoping there was already a whole series of them we could read. My 16-month-old granddaughter loves it and my daughter and I were thrilled with the innovative and imaginative games they play. How long before we could see another Yellowbelly and Plum picture book? I applaud the early reading efforts as well. Just can't help wanting more. Your work is awesome!
