Picture Book Marathon Day 28 The End!

Picture book 28. the final book, is:

The End

The End is a book featuring hundreds of "The End" scenes from other stories. Not known stories, just scenes that look like they could be the end of a story. Kind of like Chris Van Allsburg's "The Mysteries of Harris Burdick," but focused on "The End."

The end!

Phew! What a race! This was a tough one. Some real ups and downs. I love doing the PBM, but it's nice to be finished with it (until next year.)

Take a day to figure out your favorite, we'll have the official vote on Wednesday.

Beautiful idea. This would be a great storytelling activity for teachers. Let kids write the stories that would end with a particular picture.

Great idea. I just shot a short film called "The End," though in my film there was only one story. It was very interesting to explore endings that way, and this book sounds like a fantastic idea.

The art is beautiful. Reminds me of a Roald Dahl book.

I love this one. Just looking at your front page made me think of all of the stories that could have ended with those images. Good plan!
