I'm trying to get Yellowbelly and Plum to make the jump from picture books to early reader books--that's why the language here is so simple. Let me know what you think.
By the way--today's the final day to send in pics of your CALAMITY JACKs!
We just discovered "Yellowbelly and Plum Go to School" and were hoping there was already a whole series of them we could read. My 16-month-old granddaughter loves it and my daughter and I were thrilled with the innovative and imaginative games they play. How long before we could see another Yellowbelly and Plum picture book? I applaud the early reading efforts as well. Just can't help wanting more. Your work is awesome!
I love plum. And yellowbelly. And snow. All three together are fantastic! Woooot!!!
ReplyDeleteYellowbelly and plum are terrific!! We love them!!
ReplyDeleteHow sublime are those snow angels? Or should the descriptive noun be snow sea turtles with club-feet?
ReplyDeleteI think the early reader text works well.
ReplyDeleteAnd I love the snowangels/snowflake.
Aww, so fun! Who doesn't love Yellowbelly and Plum?
ReplyDeleteI would totally buy a Yellowbelly and Plum early reader series for my kids.
ReplyDeleteI have sledded down a slide before. And it was awesome.
