Calamity Jack Commercial Break

Yikes! The elaborate Percy artwork was easy to do during the holidays when I had no deadlines. But the illustration deadline grind is back in action. Ouch! I had to pull rank for some, you know, paying jobs. Don't worry, Percy will be back tomorrow.

    This reminds me of the "Twenty Second Pledge Drive" from the Fowl Play Story last year. (hee hee) Yay for the 1 year anniversary of Calamity Jack though! Congrats!

    My six year old son (who is on easy reader level books) is loving this--a book his level, with great illustrations, about dragons! He has already told me, "Mom, when this book is a real book you have to buy it for me."
    I think that speaks well to the effort--we're both enjoying it. Go, go gadget Easy Reader Books with good illustrations!
