It's true, I'm supposed to be in San Diego at Comic-Con right this second. I should be there in time for the big Eisner ceremony tomorrow. Keep those fingers crossed, we want RAPUNZEL'S REVENGE to win, we're nominated in "Best Graphic Novel for Teens." It's a long shot, one of the books in our category, SKIM by Mariko and Jillian Tamaki, is also up for "Best Graphic Novel of the Year." So if you're laying bets, SKIM would be the safe way to go. We're thrilled just to be nominated, and Comic-Con should be big fun. More soon.
I got a bit tired of talking birds. I've even started having dreams about my feather duster (the cleaning thingy, not the bird) comeing to life and singing random stuff
ReplyDeleteOkay, the disembodied voice eventually got a part in this comic. I am satisfied.
ReplyDeleteLove the song it picked! I will have to send everyone I know about that, for I have been tryong to lure more people into this 'trap' of comics....
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
ReplyDeleteIts plain the KING VULTURE was jelous that FEATHER DUSTER would win the title so he hypnotise geuinefowl and the song was his cue to switch off the lights knowing guiniefowl would fall alsleep and remember nothing but becuase fatherduster is all feathers its more a attempted murder and framming BLUE FOOTED BOOBY
ReplyDeleteThis is a case of attempted murder since feather duster isnt realy dead but King Vulture wont escape with the condors capturing him
